Other requirements:

• Ensure the ability to receive technical messages to a phone number via the Viber messenger (for phone numbers from the following countries: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Canada, Moldova, Slovenia, USA, Greece, Estonia, Norway, UAE);
• OR use an eSIM of a Ukrainian operator (+380...).

Completion of the Digital Signature Certificate Application Process

Come in person to the registration administrator with a set of documents to complete the in-person identification process.
